Goosy ganders

it's the time of year when the greylag geese help themselves to the slugs on our croft (if only by mistake). We like to think it makes a difference to our plants. They are noisy but we like knowing they are there, enjoying our garden and our seasonal hospitality. When they're on the ground they're a gaggle, in the air they are a skein.
